Orders place during a normal business day are processed with great service. Orders placed on the weekend could take a little longer! - All of our Ticket Prices Do Not Include Sales Tax/Handling.
- We are NOT affiliated with any time-shares or vacation ownership companies.
- We are committed to customer satisfaction and we guarantee it.
- We are an officially-contracted ticket wholesaler for Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Parks and Entertainments.
- All tickets are E-ticket and turnstile ready except for Walt Disney World, where you receive an e-ticket will call confirmation to exchange for tickets.
All orders processed online on our secure server. Please process your tickets in advance to ensure on-time delivery. We send orders based on the vacation date. All online customers receive an order confirmation via email. Please provide a telephone number during the checkout process for us to reach you with any questions.
We accept PayPal, as well as credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Orders placed on our website will generate a credit card charge from Epic Visitor Services, Inc.
Sometimes our credit card system prompts us with alerts. We will email you our Purchase Verification form to confirm that you are in fact the cardholder which will help protect your account from any fraudulent use on our site. We will compare the information we already have from your order with the Purchase Verification information received. If you are not comfortable with this security process, you can pick up your tickets at one of our convenient Orlando locations. Just bring your identification and the credit card used to purchase your tickets.

Ticket processing: Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (noon) only for guests going to the parks that weekend. Customer Service Call Center: Monday – Friday (855) 473-7987, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Closed on Saturday and Sunday for phone calls. Sundays may take up to 24 hours for processing.
